UCT Students placed 1st and 2nd at Nokia Windows Phone Hackathon
Thabo Ndlovu won first place at the Nokia Windows Phone Hackathon with his Universe app that reorganises contacts using a planetary visualization. Henk van Jaarsveld's Monster Defence app won second prize.
The Hackathon was held from 22-24 June 2012 at the Rand Airport in Johannesburg. 6 Students from UCT participated in a field of 70 programmers.
